Funny thing about you: At my age – not many people show up in my duathlon category. NAME: Clint Froke AGE: 47 CAT: 5 YEARS RACING: 2 RESULTS: Getting better with each race. HIGHLIGHTS: Leading the 2007 Frozen Flatlands road race at the 8 mile mark and then going into a horrific bonk that lasted for 2 minutes and found myself ? mile behind the peloton. I found myself dueling the motorcycle sweeper guy all the way to the finish. Also, leading the Circuit race after 20 minutes until I misplayed a corner and ended up in the rocks.
